Ezee Manager is a multi-tenant application developed by tebalink. This means the app supports multiple companies, stores, and users within the same platform, while ensuring complete logical separation and data isolation between tenants.
Information Collection and Use
To operate the Service efficiently and comply with Google Play policies, we may collect certain personal and business-related information such as user accounts, store identifiers, and usage data. This information is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Location Data
The application may collect location data (approximate or precise, depending on user permission) to enable core features such as store identification, delivery operations, order tracking, and compliance with business workflows.
Location access is requested explicitly, used only while necessary, and never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Multi-User & Access Control
The app supports multiple user roles (such as administrators, cashiers, and staff). Each user can access only the data and features assigned to their role within the same tenant.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services in accordance with Google Play policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics & performance monitoring)
- Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
Log Data
In case of an error, we collect Log Data which may include IP address, device information, operating system version, app configuration, timestamps, and diagnostic data. This data is used strictly for troubleshooting and improving app stability.
Data Sharing & Security
User data is never sold. Data may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the app, and always under strict confidentiality obligations.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
This application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
